DEADLINE:  Deadline date for editorial contributions will be the first Wednesday of the month. Deadline for all Advertisement will be the 15th of the month.

Proofs:  Proof approval material must be received one week prior  to regular deadline.

Terms:  New accounts must prepay by closing date, and may apply for credit. Credit issued at the discretion of the Publisher. Terms for credit are net 15 days. The Publisher  may decline to run ads for past due accounts. A monthly interest charge of 1.50% will be charged to balances over 30 days. Invoices are rendered within the first week of the month in which publication occurred.
