DEADLINE: Deadline date for editorial contributions will be the first Wednesday of the month. Deadline for all Advertisement will be the 15th of the month.

PROOFS: Proof approval material must be received one week prior to regular deadline.

TERMS: New accounts must prepay by closing date, and may apply for credit. Credit issued at the discretion of the Publisher. Terms for credit are net 15 days.

*The Publisher may decline to run ads for past due accounts. A monthly interest charge of 1.50% will be charged to balances over 30 days. Invoices are rendered within the first week of the month in which publication occurred.
